2. The warranty period is one year from succeeding in trying machine of buyer and the service is available lifelong. The cost caused by the seller’s expert in buyer’s country and the cost of the materials of the components will be covered by the buyer. Our experts will answer any inquiry within 24 hours and it will be solved as soon as possible.
3. The Seller supplies the complete technical documents and the relative drawings of the electric components written in English as well as installation and worker training and related technical details, but the buyer is in charge of the cost of the seller’s technical staffs, including food, accommodation and so on.
